The American Association of Endocrine Surgeons (AAES) 47th AAES Annual Meeting will be held May 22-24, 2027 in Sacramento, CA at the SAFE Credit Union Convention Center. As the leading endocrine surgery association in North America, the AAES Annual Meeting is the premier event to connect with professionals and leaders across the globe in the field of endocrine surgery while receiving high level education on the latest advancements in science and research in the field. Exhibitors and sponsors are expected to abide by the AAES Annual Meeting Code of Conduct. The AAES reserves the right to refuse sponsorship or exhibition by any person, group, company, or other entity for any reason. All potential exhibitors or sponsors should review the AAES Exhibitor & Sponsor Rules and Regulations and the AAES Meeting policy on exhibitor types before applying to participate in the Annual Meeting.

Exhibitor/Sponsor Cancellation Policy: Exhibitor registration cancellations must be received in writing via mail or email by March 16, 2026. Cancellations received by this date will be refunded, less a $100 administrative fee. No refunds for cancellations received after March 16, 2026 will be issued.
