Exhibitors and sponsors are expected to abide by the AAES Annual Meeting Code of Conduct. The AAES reserves the right to refuse sponsorship or exhibition by any person, group, company, or other entity for any reason. All potential exhibitors or sponsors should review the AAES Exhibitor & Sponsor Rules and Regulations and the AAES Meeting policy on exhibitor types before applying to participate in the Annual Meeting. Exhibitor/Sponsor Cancellation Policy: Exhibitor registration cancellations must be received in writing via mail or email by April 20, 2027. Cancellations received by this date will be refunded, less a $100 administrative fee. No refunds for cancellations received after April 20, 2027 will be issued.
