The Department of Surgery, Division of Surgical Oncology, Section of Endocrine Surgery at the Yale School of Medicine, is currently seeking fellowship-trained, academically-oriented endocrine surgeons to join our growing team. Candidates must have completed an accredited residency program, an AAES-accredited endocrine surgery fellowship, and be board certified in general surgery. We are currently seeking Assistant Professor/Associate Professor candidates; rank will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Positions are available across the following locations: Yale-New Haven Hospital and Bridgeport Hospital. In addition to clinical duties, our faculty members provide educational training to medical students, residents and fellows, and actively participate in research. Applicants should expect to work in a friendly, collaborative environment with collegial and supportive administration, and provide patient-centered, multidisciplinary care. Ideal candidates will have exceptional interpersonal skills, high emotional intelligence, and a commitment to making significant contributions to the field of Endocrine Surgery. Candidates should also have a background in quality improvement, educational innovation, and/or operational/program development.
