The Division of Surgical Oncology of the The Hiram C. Polk, Jr., M.D. Department of Surgery at the University of Louisville is excited to announce that applications will be accepted for the Kenneth F. Von Roenn, M.D. Family Endowed Chair in Endocrine Surgery. This tenure-track position is open to candidates at the Assistant/Associate Professor level who seek a leadership role in expanding and enhancing our clinical, research, and educational programs in Endocrine Surgery. Candidates with a clinical interest in other areas of surgery in addition to endocrine surgery are welcome to apply.

Qualifications: Applicants must have completed either Endocrine Surgery fellowship or Complex General Surgical Oncologic training at an ACGME-accredited program and be American Board of Surgery certified or eligible. Qualified candidates should have a proven track record of peer-reviewed scholarship and a documented commitment to surgical education.
