ENDOCRINE SURGEON FACULTY OPPORTUNITY IN THE HEART OF THE MIDWEST. The University of Nebraska Medical Center (UNMC), Division of Surgical Oncology in Omaha, NE is searching for an endocrine surgeon and invites applications. As a faculty member, the successful applicant will join a vibrant, diverse and distinguished community of faculty colleagues and contribute to patient care, medical education and scholarship. Our multidisciplinary team works in a collaborative care setting with endocrinology, medical oncology, pathology, radiology, radiation oncology, speech pathology and genetics.

The Division of Surgical Oncology is a component of the Fred & Pamela Buffett Cancer Center - the only cancer center in Nebraska with the National Cancer Institute (NCI) designation. This state-of-the-art 615,000 square foot cancer facility is designed to facilitate comprehensive patient care, clinical, and translational research.

This opportunity offers a highly competitive compensation package, and rank and salary commensurate with qualifications. In addition, comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance are offered. The successful candidate must be an MD/DO (or equivalent degree) who is board certified/eligible in general surgery and has completed an AAES accredited endocrine surgery fellowship. Candidates should have clinical and research experience with prior publications.
