Advanced (online) registration for the 2018 Annual Meeting is now closed. On-site registrations will be accepted in Durham. 


Each registration type includes the conference, admission to the exhibit hall, President’s Reception, Gala Reception, and Dinner, plus continental breakfast on Monday and Tuesday, AND lunch on Sunday and Monday.

Guest Ticket for Gala Reception & Dinner Only (Monday, May 7, 7:00 – 10:30 pm): $125
Only for extra tickets for the Gala Reception & Banquet Dinner. Does not include exhibit hall admission, President's Reception, or breakfasts and lunches.

Tennis Tournament: 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm at Ambler Stadium
Registration Fee: $45 per person. Includes racket rental, balls and access to 4 indoor or outdoor courts.

Golf Tournament: 1:00 pm – 6:00 pm at the Washington Duke Inn Golf Club
Registration Fee: $150 per person. Includes a boxed lunch, warm up balls at the practice range, green fees, and GPS golf carts. Club rentals not included. Athletic shoes recommended.

Advanced Endocrine Surgery Course: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm at the JB Duke Hotel

5K Fun Run: 7:00 am – 8:30 am at the Al Buehler Cross Country Public Trail
Registration Fee: $30 per person. Includes T-shirt and drinks and snacks along the trail.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Registration cancellations must be received in writing by mail, email or fax by April 2, 2018. Cancellations received by this date will be refunded, less a $100 administrative fee. All refunds will be processed immediately following the conference. No refunds for cancellations received after April 2, 2018.
