Clinical /Research Training Opportunity on Endocrine Oncology at the Cleveland Clinic The position is designed to give a broad exposure in the field of endocrine surgical oncology, with an emphasis on laparoscopic/robotic abdominal solid organ and robotic thyroid surgery. The candidate will receive an exposure to robotic surgery, as well as laparoscopic and conventional endocrine surgery. The clinical responsibilities will include seeing and managing undergoing laparoscopic/robotic adrenalectomy, robotic thyroidectomy, laparoscopic liver resection and radiofrequency/microwave ablation for malignant liver tumors. The clinical associate will be expected to be involved with the clinical research projects related to this practice. The position will be paid and for a year. The requirements include US general surgery board eligibility, with an ability to obtain an Ohio medical license. The accepted candidate is expected to start the position on August 1st,2019 for a duration of 1 year.
