AAES Registration for Programs and Applicants to Participate in 2012 Fellowship Match

REGISTER BY FRIDAY, AUGUST 17TH

The American Association of Endocrine Surgeons is sponsoring a Match to place applicants into AAES clinical endocrine fellowship positions starting in July 2013. The deadline for applicants and programs to submit rank lists is THURSDAY, AUGUST 30TH – Midnight CDT.

Procedure information for 2012 Endocrine Surgery Fellowship Match

Shortly after registration, you will receive an email invitation to rank your institution choices in order of preference by the August 30th deadline. Program Directors will also rank their Candidate choices in order of preference by this Thursday, August 30th deadline. All ranking list submissions are due NO LATER THAN Thursday, August 30th at Midnight CDT. No exceptions.

A confirmation email will be sent to you to confirm receipt of your submission. The applicant and program lists will be coded so that matching is performed in a blinded fashion by the AAES Ranking Committee. The results will be independently verified by the AAES Headquarters Office.
